Hal has been a leading Orange County CPA for almost 40 years.  He actively provides tax, accounting, auditing, planning and other financial-related consulting services to a variety of industries.  He offered clients experience earned from dealing with governmental agencies as well as a wide variety of small business clients that he has guided from proprietorship to partnership to corporation.  A 1966 graduate of Southern Utah University,  Hal holds a BS degree in business Administration.  In addition, he holds CPA certificates in both California and Utah.  His wide breadth of experience has helped him effectively serve clients of both national and local accounting firms.  Active in professional accounting community, he is past president of the Executive Association of Orange County and an Eagle Scout.  He and his Wife Diane enjoy camping, traveling, gardening and spending time with their grandsons.
