Louis R. Diaz, EA, MBA has been a tax practitioner for over 17 years and is an Enrolled Agent (EA) with the IRS. EA is the highest credential the IRS awards. Enrolled agents, like attorneys and certified public accountants (CPAs), have unlimited practice rights before the Internal Revenue Service. This means they are unrestricted as to which taxpayers they can represent, what types of tax matters they can handle, and which IRS offices they can represent clients before. Enrolled agents are also authorized to practice before state tax & revenue departments in all 50 states.

Some of Louis' specialties include: Tax Resolution, Foreign income tax (foreigners with U.S income and Expats in foreign countries), small and medium sized corporate tax ($30,000 to $5,000,000) and complex individual issues. 

Before starting Miami Tax Expert, Louis held senior management positions at two of the largest tax firms in the country. The idea of forming Miami Tax Expert was to put together a team of elite tax  professionals who are highly versed in tax law and who can deliver ultimate customer service. Louis has already accomplished his goal of putting together a top team of tax professionals.

Louis holds a Bachelors of Science in Finance and Masters degrees in Business Administration and Taxation. Louis has studied at The University of Kansas, Excelsior College, Nova Southeastern University School of Business and the School of Law.
