Juris A. Kauls, CPA

Mr. Kauls has 40 years of experience in public accounting, including firms at the national level. In 1988 he and Laura Kauls formed Kauls & Company which merged with MDH in 2004.

Mr. Kauls serves as the audit partner for the firm, where his primary responsibilities are the supervision of accounting and auditing for business entities. Mr. Kauls' audit clients include importing and food processing companies, steel distributors and manufacturing companies. He reviews the preparation of financial statements at the compilation, review and certified audit levels. He also has extensive experience in tax planning for business entities, as well as high net-worth individuals.

Mr. Kauls earned his Bachelors degree from Hamline University in St. Paul, MN, and served as an officer in the U.S. Navy.
