Viewing and Editing Visitor's Contact Information

The information that a visitor enters in the Lead Generator form is captured in the Visitor's Contact History. This information is retained until you delete it from Site Builder using the procedure described in the topic Adding and Configuring the Lead Generator.

1. Log in to your Site Builder account.
2. Click Modules > Lead Generator on the toolbar.
3. Click Visitor's Contact History to display the Lead Visitor - Visitor's Contact History page. This page lists contact information for people who have submitted a question or comment through the Lead Generator. If you have received no responses, or the contacts have been deleted, this page will be blank.
4. Click Details. A page listing the contact information for the site visitor displays. Most of the information, with the exception of Contact Status, comes from the entries submitted by the visitor on the Lead Generator form.
5. If needed, edit the personal information for the site visitor. You can also select an option from the Contact Status list
6. Click Accept.
