Resetting Your Site Builder Password

If you are unable to log in and need to reset your password, do the following:

1. Go to www.cchwebsites.com/wizard/login.php.
2. Click Reset Password.
3. Enter the email address for your account.
4. Click Continue. You will receive an email with a confirmation code.
5. Follow the instructions in the password reset confirmation email to apply the confirmation code.
6. Enter your new password.
7. Enter your new password again in the Confirm New Password field.
8. Click Submit. You will see a confirmation message stating that your password has been reset.
9. Click log in to log in to your site with your new password.

To reset your password after you have logged in, do the following:

1. Log in to your Site Builder account.
2. Click Support > Billing Area on the toolbar.
3. Click My Details.
4. Click Change Password.
5. Enter the following information:
   • Existing Password. Enter your current password.
   • New Password. Enter your new password.
   • Confirm New Password. Enter your new password again.
6. Click Save Changes.
