Jennifer Tozlian is a partner with more than 10 years of audit experience in a variety of industries, working with both large public and small private companies.  Her clientele includes professional services firms, agricultural, food manufacturing, governmental, non-profit and employee benefit plans.   Jennifer also specializes in auditing indirect cost rate reports for architectural and engineering firms in compliance with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and AASHTO (American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials).

Jennifer was born and raised in Bakersfield, California, attended The Master's College and graduated in 2002 Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Business Administration - Emphases in Accounting and Finance.  Prior to joining Stoughton Davidson in 2007, Jennifer was employed as a senior assurance accountant by a global CPA firm in the Silicon Valley.

She is a member of the American Institute of CPA's and the California Society of CPA's.  Jennifer also serves on the Board of Directors of Central California Mennonite Residential Services.
