Darlene is a key person in two-C.P.A. firms:

• She is the Principal in her own firm, Darlene  Burke, C.P.A.-P.A. in Niceville, Florida, and

• A multi-year associate with Frank Claycomb, C.P.A.-P.A.’s (FCI) firm in Mary Esther, Florida.

 In the Niceville firm she operates a full practice firm, with an emphasis on:

• Tax Preparation,
• Business Consulting, and
• Controllership activities for select Clients.

 At FCI, the Mary Esther CPA firm, she is the head of the

• Tax Preparation section, plus
• A principal in Client Representation Team which defends Taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service, and other Government Taxation Agencies.

 She is an integral specialist in a Team which has successfully defended Clients, in appearance ranging from

• Office Audit,
• Collection Division,
• Field Audit,
• Appeals Division, including cases docketed for U.S. Tax Court

She has been acknowledged as being the best “Advocate” that her IRS Associate has ever worked with, because of her broad base of tax knowledge, quick, “steal trap” mind, and with an outstanding record of successes.

Accomplishments: Her Bachelor of Science in Management Studies degree from the University of Maryland and her Masters of Accountancy, from the University of West Florida.
