Managing Information for the Contact Us Page

You can display location and contact information for your firm's offices on the Contact Us page. Site visitors can click a button to get detailed driving directions to your offices. You also can include contact information for specific people in each office on this page. Use the following procedure to add, edit, or delete contact information.

Note: Each contact person must be associated with an office.

  1. Log in to your Site Builder account.
  2. Click Firm Info > Contacts  on the toolbar.
  3. A list of offices and contact people displays on the Firm Info - Contacts page. Offices display in large, bold text in the far left column. Individual contact people display beneath the offices they are associated with.

  4. Do any of the following as needed:
  5. ClosedAdd or edit an office.

    1. Click Add New Office to add a new office, or click the Edit buttonClosed  beside an existing office to edit information for that office.
    2. Enter or edit Closedinformation for the office.
    3. Click Accept.

    ClosedDelete an office.

    Note: You must remove all contact people associated for an office before you can delete the office.

    1. Click the delete buttonClosed  next to the office you want to delete.
    2. Click OK.

    ClosedAdd or edit a contact.

    1. Click Add New Contact to create a new contact, or click the Edit iconClosed  next to a contact to edit the information for that contact.
    2. Enter or edit Closedinformation for the contact. Note that clicking the star beside a contact name will make it display more prominently than other contacts on the Contact Us page.
    3. If needed, format the biography and photo caption using the text formatting tools in those sections. See Formatting Text for information about the formatting tools that are available.
    4. Click Accept.

    ClosedDelete a contact.

    1. Click the delete buttonClosed  next to the contact you want to delete.
    2. Click OK to confirm the deletion.
  6. Click Preview to see what your site will look like when your changes are applied. The preview opens in a different browser tab or window.
  7. Note: If you do not see the Contact Us page in the preview, verify that the Contact Us page is included in your site design. See Managing Website Pages for more information.

  8. Click Publish to immediately update your website, or click Next to continue to the next page.
  9. Note: Changes you make in Site Builder are not applied to your website until you publish the updates.
