David Johnson is a Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Global Management Accountant and International Certified Valuation Specialists at Catalano, Caboor & Co. He is a graduate of Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
David specializes in performing business valuation’s. He has performed business valuation engagements in for the purposes of estate planning, business succession planning, buy/sell agreements, mergers and acquisitions, divorce, goodwill impairment, Type B stock reorganizations, and employee stock option plans.
David also has extensive experience in multi-state tax preparation, planning and consulting. He also provides outsourced CFO and Controller services. He has experience in auditing, review and compilation services. He provides accounting system consulting and general business consulting. David has extensive experience with manufacturing, importers, distribution, construction contractors, printing, thoroughbred breeding and racing, and service providers.
David is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Illinois CPA Society and International Association of Certified Valuation Specialist.
