Creating Custom Newsletters
Your firm can create a personalized newsletter, or article, to display on your site. Custom newsletters do not expire like the monthly Wolters Kluwer CCH newsletters.Custom newsletters will appear on your site until they are disabled. See Managing Current Newsletters for information on selecting which newsletters to display.
To create a custom newsletter, do the following:
- Log in to your Site Builder account.
- Click Newsletter > Custom Newsletters in the toolbar.
- Click Add a New Article.
Note: You can choose to publish your newsletter in English, French or both languages.To do so, select the appropriate option from the drop-down menu.
- Enter a summary of the article in the Synopsis area. The synopsis will display on your website.
- Enter the article text in the Article Detail area. The article text will not display on your website. The client must click on the article title to view the full article.
- Format the text, if needed. For more information on using the formatting tools, see Formatting Text.
- Click Save. You are returned to the Custom Newsletters page, and your new article is now selected to display on your website.
- Click Preview to see what your site will look like when your changes are applied. The preview opens in a new different browser tab or window.
- Click Publish to immediately update your website, or click Next to continue to the next page.
