Gary Shareholder - Tax Services Gary focuses on businesses as they progress from startup to sale or transition. He applies his extensive experience to assist clients who wish to start, buy, sell, and merge businesses. Business owners draw on Gary’s expertise in succession planning as they look into the future. Gary has been with Brantley Janson since 1981 and received his BS from the University of Washington and his Masters in Taxation from Golden Gate University. Gary is currently a memer of the Rotary Club of Federal Way and enjoys playing golf and traveling around the world. |

Michael Gintz, CPA Shareholder - Director of Audit Services Michael specializes in audits, reviews, and compilations of non-profits and closely held businesses. Michael received his bachelors degree in Accounting from Pacific Lutheran University. A member of the Federal Way Chamber of Commerce, Michael enjoys playing golf and following professional sports. |

Betty Hennion, M.S., CPA Managing Shareholder Betty specializes in tax services and has been with Brantley Janson since 2006. Betty received her undergraduate degree from the University of Washington - Tacoma and her Masters in Taxation from Golden Gate University. She is currently a member of the AICPA, WSCPA, Beta Gamma Sigma, and past board member of Courage 360 (formerly known as WWEE). Betty enjoys reading and technology. |

Steven Ellison, CPA Associate - Past Shareholder Steven has been with Brantley Janson since 1979. Steve received his BA in Business Administration and Accounting from Central Washington University and received an MS in Accounting - Governmental Accounting and Auditing from Pacific Lutheran University. Steve specializes in audits and accounting. A member of Kiwanis, Mt. View Edgewood Water Board of Directors, and the Kiwanis Foundation, Steve enjoys reading, primarily history, watching movies, and playing golf from time to time. |

Clayton Mattson, CPA, M.S. Associate - Past Shareholder In Memoriam Clayton Mattson passed away in 2018. A graduate of the University of Montana with his Masters from Golden Gate University, Clay joined Brantley Janson in 1988. In his over 35 year accounting career he specialized in tax services. His legacy will live on through his teachings and cherished memories. |

Robert Janson, CPA Associate - Past Shareholder Robert focuses on family businesses, tax, and strategic planning. He has been with Brantley Janson since 1978 and received his BA in Accounting from the University of Washington. Robert is a member and past president of the Federal Way Rotary Club, past president of the Twin Lakes Golf & Country Club, and current member and board member of the Broadmoor Golf Club. Robert enjoys playing golf and is a devoted fan for the University of Washington's football and basketball teams. |

Bob received his BBA in Business Administration from Pacific Lutheran University and his MS in Tax from Golden Gate University. Bob specializes in small and medium sized family businesses, and health care and real estate industries. Bob is a member of the AICPA, WSCPA, Multicare Health System board member, Secretary of the Multicare Health System East Pierce Regional Board, Chairman of the Multicare Health System South King Regional Board, and past president of the Puyallup Rotary Club. |
