You can add your firm's special events to your website, such as business hour changes, seminars, or holidays.
The events calendar must be enabled on the Info Centre page before you can add events to your events calendar. The calendar is enabled by default when you first activate Site Builder.
Click Info Centre > Tax Events or Info Centre > Firm Events on the toolbar. The Info Centre - Events Calendar - Tax Events or Firm Events page displays.
To enable the calendar, select Yes to the question Would you like Events Calendar displayed on your website? To disable the calendar, select No.
Click Info Centre > Firm Events on the toolbar. The Info Centre - Events Calendar - Firm Events page displays.
Select Yes to the question Would you like Events Calendar displayed on your website? if it is not already selected.
Enter the new event's information in the fields.

Description
Title
Enter the event title that will display on the events calendar. The events calendar only displays one line of text for the title. We recommend keeping the title as short as possible. If there are additional event details, your clients can hover over the event to see the full title and details.
Starting/Ending
Click the calendar to select the start and end dates for the event.
Time
Enter the time of the event. There is no formatting restriction on the time format.
Location
Enter the location of the event, such as the company or building name.
Address
Enter the address of the event.
Description
Enter the event description. For information on using the formatting tools, see Formatting Text.
Name
Enter the name of the event coordinator or other contact person.
Email/Phone
Enter the contact information for the event coordinator or other contact person.
Click Submit.
Click Preview to see what your site will look like when your changes are applied. The preview opens in a new different browser tab or window.
Click Publish to immediately update your website, or click Next to continue to the next page.
Note: Changes you make in Site Builder are not applied to your website until you publish the updates. See Publishing Your Site for more information.
Click Info Centre > Firm Events on the toolbar. The Info Centre - Events Calendar - Firm Events page displays.
Select Yes to the question Would you like Events Calendar displayed on your website? if it is not already selected.
Click the Edit button for the firm event you need to modify.
