In 1990, Alan Moore achieved Partner status at M. Green and Company LLP. and attain responsibility as member of the management committee for supervising a staff of over twenty full time employees. Alan spends a significant amount of time improving financial strategies for clients that have resulted in significant improvement in the profit and loss scenarios for the cliental. He has an extensive experience in the areas of estate and gift tax planning with the agricultural and organizations based clientele.

Joe Scalia is a 1991 graduate of California State University Fresno, with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. He was a member of Beta Alpha Psi and received the Chevron Corporation scholarship award in recognition of outstanding academic achievement in accounting in 1990. Mr. Scalia became a Certified Public Accountant in 1995.  

During the past several years, Joe has provided accounting services to large service organizations, corporations and individuals for M. Green and Company LLP. A major focus of his management is the preparation of financial statements according to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. His expertise at M. Green and Company LLP has significantly developed the professional staff through continued guidance and training of contemporary accounting standards utilized by businesses in the Central Valley.

Joe manages a large portion of the tax clientele at the Hanford office of M. Green and Company LLP and continues to provide extensive cutting edge tax knowledge for the firm. He has also supervised audits of school districts, non-profit organizations, special districts, cities, and the offices of education. He has continued his own professional education by attending classes on financial reporting of small business and governmental accounting offered. Mr. Scalia is an active member of the Rotary Club of Hanford.  

Natalie Siegel joined the M. Green and Company LLP in 2003, following graduation from California Polytechnic State University. Her experience includes public accounting for small businesses, individual and non-profit organizations with an emphasis on tax preparation, financial statements, and audit. Natalie has improved internal controls of several businesses by first analyzing existing controls and then developing an improved system of internal controls specifically designed for the organization.

Her expertise includes comprehensive tax preparation for small businesses and business management services. Along with her expertise, Natalie maintains a QuickBooks Pro Advisor Certification designation in which she has successfully used to train over 50 clients on the basics of software as well as improve fiscal reporting efficiency.

Outside of the office Natalie continues to spread her passion for helping others through her membership in the Lemoore chapter Rotary International, and Christ Church Anglican Mission.

She is also an enthusiastic member of the Lemoore chapter of Rotary International and her church, Christ Church Anglican Mission, also in Lemoore.

Ms. Rosalind Wong is a 2008 graduate of California State University – Fresno, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration - Accounting. Before joining M. Green and Company LLP, Ms. Rosalind Wong had four years of prior accounting experience including payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable, under her previous employer. She has created websites for two non-profit entities and was a board member for The Fresno Madera Dental Foundation. 

Since joining M. Green and Company LLP in 2008, she has provided accounting services and financial statement preparation for businesses which include service organizations, construction companies, dairies, and non-profits. She has also prepared income tax returns for corporations, partnerships, and individuals.  

Rosalind has continued her professional education by attending classes on financial reporting, auditing, and governmental accounting. Rosalind is also working towards earning her certification in public accounting.
