Mrs. Borges has been a California Certified Public Accountant since 1993.  She is a 1988 graduate of California State University Fresno, with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. Following her graduation, Mrs. Borges joined the accounting firm of M Green and Company in February of 1989.  She was promoted to Manager in September of 1996 and was admitted as a partner in the Visalia office on January 1, 2001.

During the past twenty-five years Mrs. Borges has conducted many audits and agreed-upon procedures engagements involving school districts, county offices of education, non-profit organizations, churches, cities and federal and state grant audits.  Mrs. Borges has rotated as the audit partner on all of our school district audits and has been the audit partner on almost all of the non-profit audits.  Her audit expertise has been directed towards non-profit and governmental entities.  She has extensive tax preparation experience for non-profits, corporations and individuals.  In addition she has consulted with non-profits, school districts, farming operations and federal grant programs.

Mrs. Borges is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a member of the Fresno Chapter of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and a member and the designated audit partner for the AICPA Governmental Audit Quality Center.  She annually attends seminars covering many facets of auditing and accounting.  Mrs. Borges is a board member of the Creative Center Foundation and the College of the Sequoias (Community College) Foundation.

Rebecca is a partner involved in both audit and tax services since 2001. Rebecca has worked on numerous audits and agreed-upon procedures engagements involving commercial businesses, pension plans, school districts, special districts and non-profit organizations. Rebecca also has extensive tax preparation and consulting experience for individuals, partnerships, corporations and non-profits. Rebecca has served clients in a variety of fields including: real-estate, dairy and farming, restaurants, automotive, retail, transportation and medical.

Personal

Rebecca was born in San Jose, California and raised in Visalia, California. Rebecca loved her time in the big city, attending school at UCLA for four years, but decided to move back to Visalia to begin her career and raise her family. Rebecca enjoys traveling with her family and volunteering with her children’s school.

Mrs. Centofanti is a 2005 graduate of California State University Fresno with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting. She was a member of Beta Alpha Psi.

Mrs. Centofanti joined M. Green and Company LLP in 2005 and became a California Certified Public Accountant in 2008. Since that time, she has worked on audits for cities, counties, county office of education, nonprofits, special districts, school districts, First 5 Tulare County, other governmental agencies, pension plans, and commercial businesses. She also has experience working on individual, corporate, partnership and non-profit tax returns.

She has continued her education by attending professional education courses. She is also a member of the Fresno Chapter of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants where she has served as a Director on the board and chaired the Young & Emerging Professionals committee and the Member Awards Night Dinner Planning Committee. Mrs. Centofanti is an ambassador of the Visalia Chamber of Commerce and a member of the 2013-14 class of the Leadership Visalia Program.

Mrs. Quillin is a 1999 graduate from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting.  Before joining our firm in 2006, Mrs. Quillin served as an internal auditor for the County of Santa Barbara until she moved to Tulare, where she worked as the accountant for the City of Corcoran.

Mrs. Quillin has over 15 years of government accounting experience.  During her tenure with the County of Santa Barbara she participated in special studies of automated and manual accounting systems; performed financial, performance, and electronic data processing audits in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards; and performed operational efficiency audits.  As the accountant for the City of Corcoran, she worked directly under the Finance Director in performing the accounting functions over the City, which included, but were not limited to, serving as the direct contact for all federal and state funded grants and managing capital assets and City loans.  Her recent non-profit experience includes the Visalia Rescue Mission, Family Services of Tulare County and the Bridge Church of Fresno.

Mrs. Quillin joined M. Green and Company LLP in 2006.  Since that time, she has worked on audits, primarily in a lead capacity, for nonprofits, commercial businesses, cities, counties, school districts, First 5 California Local Commission, and other government agencies. She has experience working on individual, corporate, partnership, trusts and non-profit tax returns. She has continued her education by attending all of M. Green and Company LLP’s in-house certified professional education classes.  She is a Certified Public Accountant and was licensed on June 4, 2013.

Mr. White will act as a consultant under this agreement.  During the 2013 fiscal year, Mr. White conducted many large school district and local education agency audits including the Corcoran Unified School District, Dinuba Unified School District, Delano Union School District, Los Banos Unified School District, and several others.  He has also audited several non-profit organizations including the Visalia Rescue Mission, Family Services of Tulare County and the Recreation Association of Corcoran.

Mr. White has been a California Certified Public Accountant since 1973.  He is a 1968 graduate of California State University, Fresno, with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting.  He is a graduate of College of the Sequoias and Redwood High School. Following his graduation, Mr. White served in the U.S. Armed Forces for a period of two years prior to joining the accounting firm of Artis, Gordon, and Southard in Visalia, California.  In 1973 this accounting practice was merged as M. Green and Company LLP.  Mr. White served as a partner in the firm from January 1, 1980 until December 31, 2010, at which time he stepped down and now works as a consultant.

During the past forty-four years, Mr. White has conducted approximately 2,700 audits and agreed upon procedures engagements involving automotive dealerships, cities, counties, county offices of education, school districts, special districts, non-profit organizations, federal grant audits, and joint powers authorities.  In addition he has consulted with school districts, farming operations, restaurants, and federal grant programs.  Mr. White is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the Fresno Chapter of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.  He annually attends seminars covering many facets of auditing and accounting.  Mr. White is a director of the Sequoia Lions Club of Visalia and a member of the Sons of Italy Lodge.
