You can display location and contact information for your firm's offices on the Contact Us page of your site. Site visitors can click a button to get detailed driving directions to your offices. You also can include contact information for specific people in each office on this page. Use the following procedure to add, edit, or delete contact information.
Log in to your Site Builder account.
Click Firm Info > Contacts on the toolbar.
A list of offices and contact people displays on the Firm Info - Contacts page. Offices display in large, bold text in the far left column. Individual contact people display beneath the offices they are associated with.
Enter a name or description to identify the location.
Address
Enter the street address for the office.
City
Enter the city where the office is located.
Province
Enter the provincewhere the office is located.
Postal Code
Enter the postal code for the office.
Telephones
Enter information for up to five phone numbers for the office. For each phone number, you can enter the following information:
Phone type. Enter a description identifying the phone number. For example, you could enter Switchboard for the office's main number.
Number. Enter the telephone number.
Extension. Enter an extension for the office, if needed.
Email Address
Enter an email address for the office.
Driving Directions
Select this box to add a Get Directions button for this location to the Contact Us page. When a customer clicks this button, Google Maps will open a map of the office location.
Google Maps
Select this office to generate a Google Map for your office location. The map will display next to the office when you select a compatible page layout.
Upload Photo
Click Browse to navigate to and select a photo of your office to display on your website. The photo will display next to your office address when you select a compatible page layout.
Enter any professional designation that should appear after the contact person's name. Professional designations display on the same line as the contact person's name.
Title
Enter the contact person's title. The contact's title will display on a separate line.
Contact Numbers
Enter information for up to five phone numbers for the contact person. For each phone number, you can enter the following information:
Phone type. Enter a description identifying the phone number. For example, you could enter "Cell" for a mobile number.
Number. Enter the telephone number for the contact.
Extension. Enter the contact's extension, if needed.
Email Address
Enter the email address for the contact person.
Locations
Select the office location for the contact person. If the correct office location is not in the list, you can add a new one using the directions above.
Biography
Enter biographical information for the contact person.
To enter text directly, click the cursor into the text box, and then begin typing.
To copy and paste text from a Microsoft Word or a text document, first click the Word or Text button (depending on the type of file you are copying content from), and then paste the text into the box.
Note: Clicking the Word or Text button removes any hidden formatting tags that could cause unexpected formatting problems.
Upload Photo
Click Browse to navigate to and select a photo for the contact person.
Show photo on main Contact Us page (with compatible layouts)
Select this check box if you want this contact to display more prominently on your Contact Us page. Other contacts will be listed after this contact.
Photo caption
If you uploaded a photo, enter a caption for the photo.
To enter text directly, click inside the text box, and then begin typing.
To copy and paste text from a Microsoft Word or a text document, first select the text to copy in the original document. Press Ctrl +C to copy the content.
Note: Clicking theWord or Text button will remove any hidden formatting tags that could cause unexpected formatting problems.
If needed, format the biography and photo caption using the text formatting tools in those sections. See Formatting Text for information about the formatting tools that are available.
